Dr Monika, Chugh graduated from the New England College of Optometry and has been licensed to practice in California since 1998. She has lived in Fremont for over 14 years. She is delighted to serve her local community. She became an eye doctor so that she could provide the highest level of eye care while improving patient's quality of life with the clearest vision possible. Dr. Chugh enjoys examining patients of all ages.
